The customer was very rude, not even bother to listen my request. I called to make a request that if its possible kindly arrange my online interview schedule. she was not at all allowing me to speak I hardly finished my sentences and she said i[censored] want this job u have to come at branch otherwise its upto you. I'm also working in customer service if I speak to customer like this my job will be gone. My point is if the customer is getting these responses at the first time how anyone can think to work with these kind of people you have. you should have to watch and record these people responses otherwise you may get this complaints everytime.
