The complaint is about the akshaya center in pala situated opposite civil station. I came there for updating mobile number in adhar. However the person who takes biometrics information is too slow and he is giving more importance to some other things. I have waited there almost 5 hours to get its updated, but the sadest thing is that he takes almost 1 hour to update a persons biometrics because of his irresponsibility. And he gets interacted to other people who cames there to seek informations so that he couldn't even consider the person sitting his front for taking biometrics. It would be better if you could replace other person for handling biometrics information only. Because time is precious for everyone Was this information helpful? |
