[Resolved]  Akt Enterprise — fraud scamming

On 21st january 20, i took a job from akt enterprises of typing 7000 captcha in 7days. They told me that the job is easy and i accepted it. But there were many issues or technical errors like right catcha is showing wrong attempted or recognizing big 'i' and small 'l' in the app, so am not able to complete the task on time. When ever i called them for help there phone either be switch off or came busy. When 7days got over they send me a mail and a message that they will file the case in court and if i don't want to do them so u need to submit 5000 but i refused to submit the particular money, so i talked with them and told them that whenever i called u the phone comes switch off or busy. Than they said me that it's my fault i may should mail them for this but i said why u have earlier said that we are proving you a helpline number for any query. So they changed the topic and said that i have to pay 5100 as the contract. But i refused them to pay them. After some days again send me a msg that we have filled a case against me internal case no. 550009 on 31/01/2000. And they also send me a no. To talk with him for legal proceedings. The no. Is [protected]. I talked with the no. Holder and asked about the case and asked them about the case. Few days later a advocate minhaz send me a mail that akt interprise had filled a case against case and now i have to pay them 5100+3000 (Case charges), so i called the advocate regarding the case and i asked him for his license no., membership no. And where does he practices than just asking about this things he rejected my call and never pickup my call but few days after that again started to call me and harassing me to pay the amount. And aagain and they are calling me daily... I have some proof. That there app was totally wrong... Now i got mentally disturb and got harassed by there calls so kindly help me out from this case... I also google about the company and got very bad comments about the enterprise that it is totally a fraud company...
