My name is udayshree. Last week i was searching for a job regarding work from home and came across an ad posted on quikr of akt enterprises. I applied for the same. Later i got a call from one of their representative and she explained that the job was of typing 7000 captchas in seven days with payment of rs.4 per captcha with 90 percent accuracy and will get salary of rs.28, 000 from which they will deduct their registration amount which was 5100. Later she asked me to sign a contract which asked for my picture, my identity proof and signature. I didn't manually sign my contract.
Later when the day my work was about to begin on 6pm i tried to login but i couldn't when i asked the lady who had explained me about the job, she asked me to talk to the helpline number but when i tried to reach the helpline number their number was off. I tried login several times finally it happened around 1 am. The application was so slow working and slow processing that i couldn't work on it properly because of it even my android phone started to hang. The app used to get closed on it's own. Inspite of doing the work, my captcha wasn't being counted properly the numbers were less than i did. I tried to reach the helpline number but again it was off. So i started with my work the app i received was not working and they told me that my session will start at 6 p. M. But the session started after 10 p. M. And after typing for a day i tried to look at my report but the app showed ‘no data found’. Then i called the executive and he said report will be available after 6 p. M. So i tried to look at my report after 6 p. M. But still it showed ‘no data found’ and after 6 p. M. You cannot contact the executive. After 9 days of work their advocate named ajay goel contacted me and told me that i have not completed my work so i have to pay rs.7674 which includes rs.5100 as charges and rs.2574 for issuing n. O. C with gst. I told him that i can't see my report till now so he said i am providing you the report. The report showed that i typed around 600 captchas but i am confident that i have typed much more than that so i told him that his report was wrong so he said to pay the company rs.7550. I told him i won't and then he told me we will take legal action against you. So the advocate kept on calling me and blackmailing me pay us or we will take legal action against you and he threatened me that he will send legal notice to my home address.
I paid them that particular amount. I was said i will get a call from the noc department. When i got a call from the same they said for issuing noc but i have to pay security amount of rs.10, 000. I told him i don't want to continue the work so why will i pay that particular security amount. But he forced me that if i don't pay this amount i have to pay rs.51, 000 as the agreement was of 11 months so if i am not continuing the job i have to pay the whole amount and if i don't do this they will file charges against me, they won't issue me a noc. I have given the amount rs.7674/- now they are asking for more and more. Please help me to retrieve my money. I am mentally exhausted from their demand of money.
