No response by customer care
I ordered 3 items on 13/04/2021. My order no is #86029.Then due to personal reasons i had to cancel the order. They have no customer care number so i sent them a few emails. They did not respond to it by 14th morning and on top of it I’m getting mail that my order is packed. As per their rules i did sent request for cancellation within 24 hours of purchasing. I dont want to forcefully buy something which i dont want anymore. Please work at your customer care it sucks.

Size issue with product order but not returning or exchanging

--I have order one "Luxury Trinity Pants" - Size 30" - Black Color on 05/03/2021 Time: 11:33pm vide Order no. 75560 and payment of Rs. 1849/-(including shipping of Rs. 50/-) was made online through net banking.
--I ordered the product for my friend, which was supposed to be her gift.
--I received the product on 10/03/2021 at 1:59pm. On the very same day i.e 10/03/2021 within 1.30hr of receving the product, we tried the pants but we faced the issue in size we ordered, so we placed a request online for Exchange of Product to bigger size.
--Instead of providing option for Exchange of Size, their website offered us an option to return the pants & take A Gift Card of Rs. 1799/-, which we also agreed to.
--On 12/03/2021 i.e after 2 days i got a mail from [protected]@alamodelabel.in which is their customer interacting mail that my request for return has been rejected. I wanted to request for exchange, but their website only provided me the option to return the product and take a gift card. And now they rejected my both request.
--This is their Return/Exchange Policy "We don't offer Returns. We offer size exchanges only. For size exchanges, We need you to place the size exchange request within 48 Hours of delivery to maintain our hygeine policy on the exchange portal."
-- They are saying that we won't offer returns but their portal only provided me that option (screenshot attached below). And we have placed the return/exchange request within the mandated time, so we are not at fault at any place.
--On asking them why they have rejected our request to return/exchange of product, their only reply is to Read their Return/Exchange Policy. On confronting them again that if they can't return the product and provide Gift Card, atleast exchange the product, but now they are now not even responding to our that mail and have closed the option to again place the request for exchanging the product.
--They are clearly fooling customers by, Firstly, replying on 2nd day of placing the return/exchange request, that our request has been rejected so that, our 48 hrs exchange request period will be finished and we will not be able to again put the request for return/exchange.
--Secondly, not providing appropriate reason for rejecting our request.
--Thirdly, Misleading policies on their website regarding return or Exchanging.
Desirable solution according to us is now that:
Even if they have no return or refund Policy, but now i want a complete refund of Rs. 1849/- (1799 (Product Value)+50 (Shipping)). Personally i want both the refund and Exchange of Product to desired size, so that these arrogant online sellers can learn customer ethics.
Rest is upto you, what you feel deemed fit and appropriate as compensation.

Alamode By Akanksha Big fraud, they are not a genuine company. They show some other product on their website and send something else.no customer care. no refunds no exchange. I checked online, they have duped many many like me.
I placed my 1st order on 22nd Nov for an amount of 8487/- for 4 items. I received the 1st item on 11th Jan, which was very bad quality, nothing like the image shown online. The other three were never sent. After a lot of emails, I got a gift card. i ordered two more items to use the gift card, both the items received are of very very very bad, actually pathetic quality. they charge way too much and sell duplicate, inferior quality products. cheating a lot of innocent customers like me. They should be punished.

Horrible customer service and very late delivery
I had ordered 2 tops online.
1) They delivered 1 top after 2 months.
2) The other top came after 3 months AFTER several emails.

I requested them that I do not want a size exchange or anything because I cannot wait another 3 months.

I bought two products ( clothing ) from there website on 10/12/2020 .
Mistake was to have to have prepaid the order. I still have not recieved the product & no updates shared while I have been emailing them continuosly and try to contact through instagram . This site is a big fraud and they do not respond to any mails & no customer support . I want my money refunded or product delivered immediately ....

I have placed an order for handbag on 18-Nov-2020 but till date I didn’t received the package even after continuous mails and follow ups their team is not responding in a proper way . They always reply with that product is in delayed from factory and not replying on a request to refund my money. Even on prepaid orders they are not able to deliver the item.
Contact no is not mentioned in the website to contact them directly. Their customer service team and social media is not responding.
If the product is out of stock they Kal should refund my money or else deliver my order.

Product not delivered scammed my money
It has been 25 days and i havnt received my product... they took my money online and no product provided. The site said it will take 15-20 days bur it already way beyond that...even after emailing them they are not taking action just a vague reply saying “taht if we say its delayed it will come late”

Sent damaged piece and not refunding money

Hi, I ordered a dress from https://alamodelabel.in/ ... They sent me a dress after a month. Upon receiving it there was no belt and it was damaged (the lining inside was torn). I complained several times. They didn't reply on email. Later on whatsapp they kept on trying to say that I must be lying about the belt. What will I do with a belt??? After paying so much. They are not giving me a refund and are not addressing the fact that they have sent me a damaged piece. They're telling me to return the dress but what if they don't return the dress and keep my money?
Till now they have not provided a solution. Please help me get my money back.

It took more than two months to get my order delivered because they said their factories are not working on full capacity because of covid situation, but what i received was horrible quality, made in china products. I think they buy their stuff from some other chinese site and selling here on double prices because clothes i received had marks of forcefully removal of tags. And on their website description of item was cotton but what i received...

I had ordered a dress on 15 august. I had asked them prior to ordering whether they ll be able to deliver it in pachhmarhi, mp. They said yes. Then today it is 25 sept... More than 15 to 20 working days... The dress has not been received. I mailed them 6 7 times asking for update. They kept giving automated replies. I asked them about the reason for delay on whatsapp, at this they started abusing me... Saying that if i dont want garment i should not order and that they are not afraid of the law. This is harassment of customer. They are saying offending things to me... Said that i[censored] cant read the conditions dont order. I did read and clarified in advance from them only. But they could not deliver and then used offending words. My order has been cancelled by them and i am yet to receive any refund. They have blocked me from their contact and website. It is bad on their part to ill treat customers.
Please save ur money for something better rather than this piss poor pathetic company who doesn't honor the customers

Even I ordered on September 23rd and haven’t yet received the product...its gonna be a month tomorrow and my order hasn’t even shipped... and looking at the reviews I don’t even want to talk to these people if they didn’t have my 2000rs with them...can’t even have cash on delivery wow

Its been 20 days i placed order for two dresses danby coord and green dress now they shipped it and only one product was given. That too i told them earlier to change the size from m to l its not an l size. Now why would i pay for the shipment charges

Refund process
I ordered an item on 29th july and i paid through online transaction, my order is #9227. Since then i had to wait for more than 2 months for any updates on my package. It had not been shipped yet. After i emailed them i received a reply saying that my order was cancelled and my payment has been refunded. But i haven't received my refund yet. There has been no reply to my emails. When i dm'ed them on instagram they told me that we are not from the customer service team so they cannot help me. I am still waiting hear back from them. I just my want my refund to be done as quickly as possible because honestly this has been very tiring for me as a customer who has been nothing but patient and understanding.

I ordered an item on 15th august and it has been almost 2 months but my order has not been even shipped. I emailed them 6-7 times but these people kept sending me system generated mails. They have mentioned that they will deliver within 15-25 days but they are unable to do so. Now when I try logging in to my account it is showing that my account does not even exist. I have been sending mails to them regarding cancellation. Neither they are cancelling the order nor shipping it. This is the worst online shopping site I’ve ever been to.

I have a complaint against the parcel received from Alomode by Akansha.. Ihad ordered a XL size dress and I rcvd a Medium size dress... Pls let me know the exchange policy since this dress is complete waste for me. I bought this for Rs 2800...

I had made an order for a night suit more than 2 months back. Neither have I got the delivery or my money back

I had ordered for a night suit from Akanksha ala mode on 5th July'2020. Since then I have made umpteen number of followups with no satisfactory response. i have request for money back since they are unable to deliver the product even after 2 months. However, the brand has denied to give the refund and informed me 10 days back, that they will give a credit note to me. As of today, I haven't even got the credit note. I want to raise a complaint against the brand and get my money back. I don't want a credit note since it is not my fault that the delivery hasn't happened.

If you are planning to purchase from Alamode by Akanksha, please be warned that while it’s possible you may receive your item without any issue, you may also land up in a position like me - awaiting a resolution (for a purchase worth approx 7500/-) after two whole months.
I made the blunder of not reading their return/exchange policy - please let me warn you, if you are not satisfied with their product, they will NEVER refund you the amount you spent, even after putting you through hell with their customer care.
The issues I had were primarily these:
1. The customer support is pathetic. They take ages to respond and lack clarity of speech. There is no communication between the customer support who handles their email and the one who handles their whatsapp so you have to re- explain everything to each team. I even found them to be condescending in tone at times.
2. I received someone else’s order initially. A mistake I can understand, however, I do expect an apology (they didn’t, when I informed them of the mix up) and a quick resolution not excuses like ‘the person who has received your order is not picking up our calls’ and expecting me to run after them to ensure they rectify their mistake.
3. The order I placed was for 2 nightsuits in two separate orders. I am a small to medium, so I ordered a medium (like I have on another site). The pyjama didn’t fit me, but the top did (clearly there is something wrong with their sizing). I asked if it were possible to send the pyjama alone in large which they couldn’t so they said they’d change all my orders to large. Since I was anyway sending the pyjama back, I offered to send them the order they mixed up initially as well.
4. I get the second set of nightsuits in large, but one isn’t the colour I ordered and the Large is way too large so they are all practically useless to me.
5. At this point I had enough since I wanted these night suits as I am a new mom and thought it would be worth it to splurge on myself a little bit. (Big mistake doing it at this site) So I ask them to just cancel both the orders and just refund the amount so I can purchase nightsuits elsewhere since none of their other stuff appeals to my taste. I got a big fat ‘No.’ They said they can only issue a credit note which is only valid for a year. And they proceed to ask me to be understanding because ‘we’re facing a pandemic, madam.’ Like I don’t know 😑 Everything was blamed on the pandemic. I don’t understand why they just didn’t halt orders if they can’t fulfill them properly. (Money, the reason is money, people.)
6. They are yet to arrange for reverse pick up of the wrong item they sent. They are yet to issue my credit note. Overall, the company comes of as completely entitled and they don’t seem to understand a simple fact - customers PAY them for a service, they aren’t doing all this for FREE. And the whole ‘we can’t refund you’ is quite lame. I mean, why force us to purchase from your store? I even offered to send all the items back on my dime..Oh, right, you’re after our money 🙄

Very true!!! I would suggest go on their instagram page and comment on all posts and warn other people. I have being doing so. Atleast others won't be cheated!

They havent been providing any information regarding the order ever since the payment. I contacted them through their mail id. But it notified that the address doesnt exist. They didnt respond to the message i texted to their business whatsapp account.

You know same here...and after seeing the way they talk to their customers...I would never advice anyone to buy from here...1st they have insane prices then 2 months delivery time...then complaints of wrong product and defective materials, ... I hope i get my dress and be free from this horrible company

Horrible experience. Please dont invest your money on this shopping site. THEY CALL THEMSELVES AS INDIA'S BEST BUT DONT KNOW A BIT WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. Jacket was priced around 2500 and Quality was bad. Doesn't look even a bit as shown in the pic. When I approached them they were so rude and ignored all mails and messages. They said if I complain about their products I wouldn't get any help. This is not what we expect as a customer. If they cannot take returns or exchanges there is a way to communicate instead of being so harsh on customers. This was not my first purchase. When the product was good I did appreaciate and build in that trust to place the order again for a higher amount but I regret and wouldn't recommend ahead.

I have had the worst shopping experience on alamode by Akanksha site. They claim themselves as the leading brand but it seems like a joke when one actually tries to contact for queries. The team really has no sense of good customer service.I placed an order on 10th December and still have not received my full order.It's mentioned on site due to COVID there is a delay but who are they kidding!! I shop from other sites also and it surely does not take 2 months to deliver the products. I would never recommend this site to anybody. It's the worst business site I have ever come accross. I never wish to write a bad review on a public forum but this team has really tested my patience!

Gals, they are selling fake products and it's high time they suffer. They have told me go get lawyer and go ahead I have told them I will make this public. Hi everyone, please don't order anything from this site. They sell absolutely ### products and at unbelievably high prices. Then they don't accept returns. I told them to exchange the product (vintage silotha dress) for a gift card but they just picked the item and never issued the gift card. Been mailing them since the last 1 week. Bloody scamsters
Really don't order from this site, its already took more than 3 weeks to deliver my order and now they are not initiating for my exchange after, they just picked item never they call or any update about order or delivery, eventually they blame the customers on pointless things neither they reply for mails, been mailing them since the 1 week promptly but there is no response yet.
This alamode by akanksha is a fraudster company... we can report them on Instagram by going on to their account & by clicking three dot bar on right side under the category “contents should not be on Instagram— then by clicking “scam” or “possible scam or misleading” this way we can stop them to some extent (until legal regulations).

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. They send you wrong size and ask you to pay for return and don't even return your money. And the lady has no manners or ethics and the concept of customer service doesn't exist for them. All these good reviews are just from their paid influencers.

disgusting service, they don't give proper guidance and service, we have to run behind them till we loose our patience, after that their game starts, once we loose patience and speak something rude they take advantage and then never help.

I ordered some of their products. Reading these comments made me realise it's a fraud brand. I can't cancel the order as there's no such option on their website. It hasn't been delivered yet. What should I do? Someone please help me out.
I ordered and paid for a set of 3 pyjamas from Alamode by Akanksha. Only two were delivered. I am receiving messages from them saying my order has been delivered. No talk about the third set. I have emailed customer service 3 days ago. But I have had no response. Quality of the product I have received is extremely disappointing. This is a fraud company.

I ordered a black lace dress from them through their instagram account.
The product was delivered after 25 days and it was a wrong one.
On complaining about wrong delivery, they ignored me and blocked me over social media accounts.
I tried to contact them, but even after reading my messages and seeing my class they did not respond to any of them.
I'm attaching the screenshot of dress i ordered and dress i received.
I received a green printed dress instead of black lace one.
Also i have attached proof of instagram that they have blocked me

Complaint marked as Resolved i got my refunded back from the team and found that there were some team members who caused this issue. i got assured that they have been removed from the team and also got my money back with a sorry message attached
they politely apologized to me and now i do not have any problem with the team.
