Alauddin Contractor — Illegal Parking Charges

I, Vaibhav Adhlakha park my two wheeler everyday in Church Mission Parking, Fatehpuri (near old Delhi railway station). The above mentioned parking had been started from 22 th August. The parking contractor refused to issue a monthly pass of 2 wheeler on that day and said to me... That they will issue it from Monday... 24th August. And when I reached today on 24th August.. They asked for Rs.600 whereas the rate for monthly pass of two wheeler written in their contract is Rs.500 inclusive of service tax. When I complaint to them regarding it, they said the extra Rs.100 is the service tax. And when I protested against the illegal charge of it, they refused to give a monthly pass to me. They even refused to give a parchi even for that day.
