Aliens Developers — Alien HUB - Outstanding Refund for Plot Cancellation

In July 2022, we purchased a 500 square yard plot in Alien Hub Cytheria, Plot No A-500, DTCP-127, located in Chennaram Village, Talakondapally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, for an agreed amount of 50 Lakhs.
We paid an initial 15 Lakhs. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel the plot. Alien Hub provided a cancellation deed in May 2023.

According to the cancellation agreement, they were to refund the entire amount within 9 months, by February 2024.

So far, we have received only partial payments:

1.5 Lakhs in January 2024

1.5 Lakhs in May 2024

2.5 Lakhs in August 2024

We are still owed 9.5 Lakhs. Despite multiple follow-ups, the cancellation team is unresponsive and has not provided a clear date for the remaining payment. We are unsure of the next steps and would appreciate any assistance or guidance.
