My friend ordered products worth Rs.5, 000 on her site which was paid partially through paytm and the remaining COD to the delivery person. The products she sent were horrible quality and were not even the same, different colour and style. The women who runs it is by the name Jinagna Doshi is extremely arrogant. She has run this scam on many people. Blocked after asked for exchange. Complaint marked as Resolved Oct 31, 2019 Updated by fraudalertjia After months of requesting a refund or an exchange she finally blocked my number. I am stunned to see that she has still been running this scam and no action had been taken by the authorities. This Diwali period she has scammed many people and you can see there are constant complaints coming in. Her friends and family should be ashamed of her. She is a fraudster and a cheat. This was the picture she was using as her profile on her Facebook page. Worst product received!!
Jinagna Doshi has scammed me of Rs 5, 500 just two days back.
She is now asking me to pay shipment charges for replacement of product. I had paid the full amount for the product and received the worst one. When I questioned her, she blocked me from her Instagram and whatsapp.
This lady is really fraud and cheating customers.

I wonder why is not any action taken there against her.
