I stay in Bangalore and I travel by bus daily to my office from marathalli bridge to Vaidehi hospital. Everyday the bus conductor takes different amount from us and never gives a ticket for the travel. In BMTC bus it is 17 rupees per ticket to travel the above said place.
But in private bus they take 15 some time and 20 sometimes and no proper response is given by the conductor and they treat us badly. Moreover they do not provide tickets at all for the travel.
I want them to display the amount or fare in the bus and provide tickets going forward in Bangalore.
