Educational loan interest subsidy problem.
I have taken a Education loan from Allahabad bank in Jan 2009.I am eligible candidate for interest subsidy scheme and i also apply it, in this period my total interest is 83000(march 2009 to December 2012 ) and my annual family income is 340000.

But I have receive only 13000 interest subsidy, i don't understand how this is calculate and greeting so much less money.could please clary me or i have taken some higher escalation.

I got education loan from Allahabad bank and during the education bank manage said me first pay your component interest then i will give you fees check during the education bank applied margin on my education loan
and i did not get subsidy on my education loan .
My annual income below 4.5 lakh.
