Respect sir/madam

I am Tirtha Saikia from Assam. On 02/01/2020 I have done a transaction of Rs 2301.77 vie Paytm due to wrong transaction password i couldn't pay the amount but money got deducted. Yet the money didn't refund to my account.

I have transferred rs.10, 000 thorough phone pe but amount was not transfer to my customer because of bank technical network issue but the amount of rupees 10, 000 was debite from my bank account please refund it soon as possible because it's a urgent requirement medical emergency 🙏

While filling up the application form of drdo on 16 jan my application form is not completed due to bank server down and an amount of Rs 100 rupees has been deducted from my account on 16 jan at 8:15 pm and the amount has not been refunded yet to my account and the UTR no.[protected]
