I visit the bank basirhat itaida road and i told my problem but the bank staff no solution my problem. I regularly goes the bank but authority not solving net banking system. So i called customers care they not received the call.

I tried to withdraw Rs 7000 from ATM mukherjee nagar, Delhi but cash didn't came out. The amount got deducted from account as well. Now I am waiting since last 4 days but still balance has not credited back to my account. Account no.- [protected], Name- Nutan device. Kindly help ASAP.
