Dear Sir,
Dated 20/08/2015, I made online recharge payment of Rs.1097/- through my Allahabad Bank Debit Card but cause of error my transaction was failed or the amount of payment had cut successfully from my bank a/c. So I complaint this matter to [protected]@billdesk.com but BillDesk team tell me that you mail us scanned copy of bank passbook with proof of debit card debited OR transaction id no. Acoording to BillDesk suggestion, I went to my village Allahabad bank branch but branch staff not tell me transaction id no., they talk very roughly with me & only do entry in my bank passbook but I have no transaction id no. BillDesk ask me again and again transaction id no. So how can I provide this no. to BillDesk. Please reply me mentioned E-mail Id & Contact no.
