Allahabad Bank — Not refunding wrongly deducted amount

On 2nd March 2015 my wife Anita Sharma, who is holding a SB account in Allahabad Bank at Ujariawan Br, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (UP) did a purchase worth Rs 2345/- at Satguru Kirana Store, Hazratganj, Lucknow (UP). She tried to make the payment through ATM card but when it failed she made a payment in cash. later on when she checked she found that same amount was also deducted from bank account through POS purchase, She made a complain in writing at her branch by attaching a statement of Satguru Kirana Store showing all transactions on that day ie on 2nd March 2015 which was not showing deducted amt ie Rs 2345/-. deposited in the account of Satguru Kirana Store. We also called customer care a number of times and they asked a number of information like Machine Terminal ID of Satguru, which we gave to them, they also told us to let Satguru Kirana Store personal talk to customer care we did that also. Since then a considerable time has passed but we have not got our money back.
