With due respect, i would like to draw attention of concerned authorities that door to door collection of garbage is very Irregular of your Hari Bhari department. The person responsible for collecting the garbage remains absent for 10-15 days in a month without any notice.At one side you say to maintain cleanliness and other side your garbage collector used to stay absent for 10-15 days in a month.Once your money collection manager told me that person who used to collect garbage they used to get Rs.1 from each house that's why they used to stay absent, if that's the issue then you can Rs.100 per month but you need to assure us that they will come daily.So, please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

The sewage leakage at 12 clive road, civil lines, allahabad opposite mehta eye hospital as a result the water entered into the room. and the tank flowed with water.

I belong to gangotri nagar dandi naini allahabad. In my locality there is a mch of wild street dog. They strt harming us. Dogs are in wide range in locality...please catch them and make safe our peoples nd locality

Sir, without wasting time I want to come to the topic . At sangam park near RRB convent school Block C, ADA colony naini Allahabad, a huge stream of pure water is continuously wasting and thousands liters of water is wasting every day..and hundreds liters of water is wasting every minute. It is a public issue and not personal. It is responsibility of every citizen to save water. Please help me to save water sir as you are the single option for this problem. HELP the environment .

Dirty smelling nali bubbling with filth... First we complained to area saba sath Aitisham rizvi... Still no action taken. Cleaners ask for bribe says chai pani ka do tab hoga daily they want money for cleaning the nali. Is government not paying them? All this is causing the growth of mosquitoes in my area

Respected sir I am a resident of ADA Colony Teliyarganj Allahabad. I had submitted a complaint regarding the nonworking condition of the streetlights in my colony, after which the Nagar Nigam send a technician to solve the issue. He told me that the switchboard of the streetlights is faulty and needs to be replaced and for this I need to register a complaint regarding this to the Nagar Nigam. I would be highly obliged if you could look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest as it is causing inconvenience for the residents of the colony.

Am a resident of 43/9 sardar patel marg allahabad, last night there was construction work going on outside my house of road winding and due to the workers negligence my water connection pipe was broken, when I asked the contractor to get it repaired as according to rules, government is wending them.
In return they asked for 2000 rs and if we will not pay then they will not get it done.
Please help me as there are super senior citizen in my home who are seriously ill and with no water we are in a great mess, in fact no water for us to go to the washroom.

My sewage tank seems to be full of solid sewage waste and sewage water that needs evacuation.Request sewage evacating vehicle may be send as early as possible for maintening cleanliness and sanitation in our colony at jhalwa.otherwise it likely to create living in the redential area difficult.

Sir I'm from mahajani tola ward number 77, its a humble request that our councilor won't hear our request regarding damaged road and piles of clay gathered after sewage treatment...because of which we won't take out our vehicle from home.They don't even plain the road in our alley.
Sir please do consider my request and solve it as early as you can.

I would like to inform the concern authority of government policy door to door garbage collection... The worker registered for this area is not regular for picking garbage... He comes once in a week for garbage... But they never fails to collect money on time... This may fail the aim of this policy.. This is shameful.

I would like to focus you to our mohalla sultanpur bhawa, gangaganj,
Where door to door garbage condition is very bad. No government employee came for garbage collection from home. People have last choice to throw wastes in road which affect the cleanliness condition. This also violate swatch bharat abhiyan.
Please take strict action among those who not do their work properly and provide a good employee for door to door garbage collection.
Kindly help us lot and also promote abhiyaan.
I surely think that you take this problem as yours (अपनी) problem and provide good employee.

I here by informed that cover of the seever box is damage from 3 months infront of G-I 204 kalindipuram ALLAHABAD which cause bad smelling and also cause problems to whole coloney. so, i requested you to please solve the problem immediately with change the cover of the seever. Thank you

Complaint nos. 39026, 27, 28, 30191 still pending dirty water supply sewers open road fully damaged dark street invites accidents nobody listening we are facing problems in day to day movements can't go out of house since long no improvement.

Puri galli khudi padi hai ek din kaam hota hai 5 din band ghar me ganda paani aata hai ya nahi sara hai street light band hai sewr me not to gandagi aur panni ja raha hai aane jane ka rasta bhi nahi hai 25 din se naaliyo me not to aur kachra inta bhara hai complain karne par koi sunta nahi ulta complaint close ho jate hai status me.*compete * dikha dita gaya. Resident of lukerganj jhulelal nagar masjid wali gali. Would like to draw your attention and duties of your employee named puchuun sweeper who does not clean road and small culvert and demands money for cleaning it. She says that she pays money to nagar nigam official therefore if we complain no complaint will be accepted. Secondly some people whose house construction work is going on they are blocking road by throwing debris (Malwa) on it.
Do see this matter seriously and take needful action as soon as possible.

I am a resident of 619/1 A Colonelganj, Near SD Jain hostel. There is a serious problem and threat from Street dogs in Gobar gulley near my house. These dogs bite many people here and also creating too many health diseases by littering and spreading garbage here and there.please see to this crisis and emergency situation. I would to draw your attention regarding since last 03 years we were not getting my water supply & sewerage charges apr.2015 to apr.-2018.

On enquiry it was very surprising that my billing address has been changed without my permission.
Myself smt. Suprabha singh w/o sunil kumar singh is the owner of mig-iia, house no.-63 (Type 2), avantika naini allahabad.

Now above address have been changed to rashmi devi c/o ram sabar ram.
Let me know the reason of changes as mentioned above if any changes are required why such changes are not informed to owner???.

No requested to change my billing address aw well as billing name as attached old paid bils.

Please ensure in future no changes are done with out our knowledge.

I am a person living in Lal Bihara, Bamrauli... Since from 2017...Sir their is a light shortage... Sir since at 10am or 11am onward the light is cutoff for 4 pm... But after 4pm the light is not on...

The cleaning staf of the area are least concerned about there job to clean the locality, the working stay are not even coming to do their job thus waste are lying everywhere in the locality. At present time the situation is that the dirty water from drainage lines are flowing on the roads cousing problem for the people living in locality cousing difficulty in passing through the road, foul smell from dump waste and unhygienic conditions are generating. when someone tries to make complaint inorder to resolve their problem the concern office are not giving any response and they are not attending phone call which shows that they are not intrested towards health and hygienic condition of people living in surrounding area

Urgent - our katghar area bore wali gali near peepal tree area sewer tank is over flowing since many days. We are reporting to our area sweeper but he is not listioning. Kindly do something otherwise problem will get worst even more.
