Garbage infront of my home and shop is not clear

If nagar nigam does not fix it then there is no matter of cleaning the city
Nagar nigam employee are too harsh and doesnt listen anything
I am facing lots of problem and my work and business has been suffered
Who is responsible for that

महोदय
निवेदन है की गली में ना ही कोई झाड़ू लगाने वाले आते हैं और ना ही कोई कचरा फेंकने के लिए नगर निगम की कोई गाड़ी आती है एक हफ़्ते से कटा पेड़ पड़ा है और कोई नहीं आया. महोदय निवेदन है इसका तत्काल प्रभाव लें ताकि हमारी गली साफ़ रह सके

There is a open optical fiber cable chamber is dangerously open mid of the Indalpur Road near kohinoor palace 7 person were fall in that and injured badly
