Alpha 9 Marine Services — refunds amount of 1 lakh

Hi this is manoj i am from karnataka i completed my gme & because of my financial problem i was not able to continue in the marine field i joined gme through this alpha 9 marine services. I was trying from last one & half year to get my amount of 1lakh rupees back but this person named roshan govindan[protected] is not at all responding to my call, messages & mail. I have the proofs that i sent him money through neft & all the messages. I will e going to complaint in police station verry soon.
