Hello sir this is sushil singh rauthan,
On 29 july 2020 i have recive a call and they asked me work from home online form filling work.
I have gave them my adhaar card and they send me a agreement but after that they also give me a userid and pwd for login and work.
My contract is from 1 august 2020 to 7 august 2020
But on 6 august 2020 my id or password got blocked so i have called them, they took rs. 8000 in paytm wallet no. [protected] from me. Then they allowed me to complete their work. But on 8 august 2020 their qc department asked for money to fill 11 forms, as i've correctly filled 583 form out of 660, but its not 90%, so i refused to pay now. But now they demand rs. 38500 for breaking agreement. And registered the case in aurangabad court.
Plzzz sir help me what can i do...
