Resigned from TCS in June 2016 due to medical reasons and I'm required my offer letter for my new carrier opportunity. However when I raised a ticket on TCS Alumni Portal I was informed they would be mailing the Offer Letter in 3-4 days in the mail. But still I've not received any update from the team.

The ticket number being 767666 . However its been more than a week and I have not yet received any response yet from their end.
