Amantran — Register Complaint against Sales agent (Mr. Anmol)

I Mayank Gupta from Amantran Prints & Cards, Sant Nagar, Delhi-84 have recently registered my account on the Justdial platform with the help of your sales agent Mr. Anmol Sharma, (Tel: +[protected] & got misguided about the hidden monthly installment by him while registering.

With reference to my conversation with Mr. Anmol, He quoted just to Pay Rs. 7, 000/- at the time of registration and which will be sufficient to proceed with your account till year-end. He was not given any clue about the monthly deduction of Rs. 3, 000/- every month you continue the plan.

This come to my attention when the Additional first deduction of Rs 3, 000/- was deducted from my account without prior information.

Now I m trying to reach Mr. Anmol with my queries & then he refuses to entertain any of them. Further, He added to directly contacting customer care and stop this cancel plan where also I'm not eligible for a refund.

It's my sincere request to kindly get appropriate action toward your sales agents & allow me to discontinue this plan with a complete refund.
