We, Amar Dexign Scape an Architect office from Kovilpatti. We registered for the Epson printer service on 20.09.2021 (Monday) and we got a call on 21.09.2021 (Tuesday) one service person came to our office and check the printer then he said that you should change the motor then only it gets working. He said that he will bought the printer motor on 23.09.2021 (Thursday) and clear the issue. We called him on 23.09.2021 (Thursday) he didn't pick the call. Then we call him next day he didn't responding to us. We need printer for our office works. So kindly arrange the service team as soon as possible Was this information helpful? |
