I was coming to indore from delhi by flight 9w 793 which landed in indore at about 8:15 am.
Date of incident: 02nd october, 2017
Our cab took exactly 8 mins to exit the main pickup area of the airport. As per the rule, if your car/cab is present within the airport premises for more than 7 mins, parking is charged.
But who is responsible for jamming the traffic at the exit toll collection where we waste atleast 3-4 mins because there is a long queue to exit.
I have taken photos, which suggest the contractor is responsible for jamming the traffic unnecessarily and arbitrarily charging the parking fees.
I have the receipt charged for 8 mins, along with the traffic jam at the exit gates which i am attaching
