My name is sreeram pulakith sai praharsha i have placed a cod (Cash on delivery) order which worth 2609 rupees and it's order id is #ad7319 which was a duplicate to bose sound link mini ii bluetooth speaker and they just removed bose and kept sound link mini ii from the respective platform
Which was operating from gurgaon, haryana, india. Their return policy is about to 30 days from the date of purchase
With all the normal online rules for electronic gadgets in which they give only cash on delivery option. I wanted to return it back but it isn't updating that my order was delivered and showing that payment status pending they didn't have any contact information in the particular site they just provided a mail for support

Later on i get that how dumb i'm, if my order is cash on delivery how could i get my refund even also they accepted the return to whom i didn't give any personal payment information like cards, wallets, net banking, so there is no other issue i just want my refund and i don't want the product
