I have been sick for sometime now. I suffer from ptsd and have had to have a rn/personal assistant for a good part of 2016. She left suddenly with me in a bind. I am slowly but surely looking through all credit card statements etc.
I have been being charges $14.99 for several months which i was not aware of. I do remember signing up for an audible account that was suppose to come free w/amazon prime.
I have tried to contact amzn.com/bill wa. The problem is i have to log in.
My assistant added email accounts which i do not even know how to get into. She also set up a p. O. Box for bills and shut down. So, i was not getting mail forwarded and didn't even know where p. O. Was. She set up online accounts which i have been trying for over a month to figure out how to get into. I couldn't even find my credit cards for awhile.
I am just getting to looking over credit card statements and see all of these charges to amazon digital services for $14.95. I'm not even sure how far they go back. I am in a real mess trying to figure everything out. I tried to get phone # to call but i have too many other calls for things like this and do not have time to keep searching.
If i do not get a response within 48 hrs i will just dispute w/c. C company.
