I ordered a book in amazon which actually came to the facility near my place yesterday.. Delivery boy called me and said that i have to reach him to collect it because he have to go elsewhere for delivary. I lodged a complient in amazon yesterday after some time delivery boy called me again and said that i have to go half a way that he will come rest of half way and would deliver the product... Which i said is not possible and lodged complaints regarding this as well... Later i contacted e com express there they promised me that they would deliver my product yesterday itself that is 13/08/2019... But so far nothing has happened.. And today to know the status of my product i called to e com express the executive didt even listen to my complaints and she hung the call...
And yesterday i got message from e com express telling that i was not available which is a lie...🤷♂️ have filed numerous complaints in amazon and e com express as well but just nothing is happening Was this information helpful? |
