Sir,
I had bought an moto g5 plus (32gb fine gold) with order #[protected] on amazon on march 7 2018. The phone was bought as a gift and hence it was opened after 20 days. But the sim slot is damaged and hence the moto service center is not considering it for waranty service. When i contacted amazon india they are asking for service denial letter which the moto service center refuses to provide. Kindly help me.

i purchased Motorola Fixed Wireless Telephone, Black but after 2 months receiver stopped working. i went to service center and called many time but unanswered and still issue not resolved.
i want my money should be refunded with compensation.
