I purchased two products on 7th December 2023
1. Washing Machine Rs. 22475/- on EMI 2666/-
2. Dishwasher Rs. 20321/- on EMI 1277/-
Unfortunately both were in damaged conditions so returned and received refund in my Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card, but the bill that generated on 21 December 2023 the refund hasn't excluded from my purchase and they added both the EMIs in my billing amount, so I raised complaints against it SR[protected] and SR[protected]. There executives assured me that the EMIs get refunded in my next billing billing amount on 21 January 2024, but I need to pay the complete billing amount of Rs. 27975/- so trusted and payed it on 7th JANUARY, 2024. But 21 January 2024 billing they cancelled both the EMIs, but not refunded those EMIs and added two different wrong amounts/ transactions in my billing amount
1. 22/12/2023 SR [protected] Rs. 20108/-
2. 26/12/2023 SR [protected] Rs. 19314/-
And when I raised the despute their executives ware trying to make me convince to pay all the billing amount for those transactions/ products which had been cancelled, returned and refunded. So I am cornered, shocked and victim of the credit card companies unaccountability, mismanagement and poor calculations... Please help and provide me justice...
I expected...
Just deduct those two billing amounts which I neither did transact not they are related to any earlier purchase because the product that I purchased were cancelled/returned and refunded due to damaged product receiving.

And also refund the amount that I payed as 1st EMIs both the products in my last bill 1277/- and 2666/-
And give compensation to me for extracting the peace of my mind.
And allow not to pay bill until this issue get resolved completely.
