On jul 20, 2017 i was charged $49.97 on my capitol one credit card. I called capitol one to help in identifying this charge, because i did not make a purchase with amazon. They said it was for a book. I did not purchase, nor did i receive a book.
I would like to know (1) how was this charge made (Online or by phone)
(2) who did the charge
