I had ordered for an iphone 7 but instead of that i got a power bank. I had ordered the product through whatsapp and they said we have to give them rs 1000 through paytm and they gave their paytm number as [protected]. On 25 th our courier came and it was a power bank later when we had a call through whatsapp and they said it was courier problem and we thus contacted the courier company but they said anyhow we have to contact the merchants. When we again had a call to the online shopping company they said they will refund the money our total loss was rs 7999. From the next day onwards they were not attending our calls and also blocked us on whatsapp. Through different numbers i tried to contact them but whenever i talk about this they will cut the call and their whatsapp number is +[protected]. Please kindly help us. They gave their name to the courier company as 4 ever shopping surface. I think they are a fraud company and also i think the place is surat gujarat.
