I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding the missing item LED TV that occurred during my recent move handled by the given company. I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided, and I kindly request a swift resolution to this matter.
On[protected], I engaged this company's services to relocate my belongings from Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad- 201016 to Rajeev Nagar, Patna- 800024. During the unpacking process at the new location, I discovered that one of my items, LED TV, was missing from the delivered goods. This item holds great sentimental and monetary value to me, making its disappearance all the more distressing.
I would like to emphasize that I took utmost care in ensuring that all my belongings were properly packed and accounted for before the move. Furthermore, I provided clear instructions to your team regarding the delicate nature and importance of this particular item. However, despite these precautions, it was not delivered to the new address.

I spoke with Nagendra (ph- [protected]) and Harish (ph- [protected]), who assured me that they would investigate the matter and get back to me within half n hour. Unfortunately, I have not received any further updates or communication regarding the investigation, causing significant distress and frustration.
I must insist on a thorough investigation into the matter and a prompt resolution. I kindly request the following actions to be taken:
Conduct a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances surrounding the missing item.
Provide me with regular updates on the progress of the investigation and expected timeline for resolution.
Take immediate steps to locate and recover the missing item. If the item cannot be found, provide appropriate compensation based on its estimated value.
Implement measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future, ensuring the safety and security of customers' belongings.
I have attached relevant documents, including photographs, invoices, and receipts, to support my claim. These documents further substantiate the value and existence of the missing item.
Please treat this complaint with the utmost urgency and importance it deserves. I trust that your company values its customers and will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly.
