Hi,
I ordered AmazFit GTR 3 Pro watch on 10 August 2022 but I received AmazFit GTR 2 on 19th August 2022. I requested for return and the order was picked up by Amazon courier guy on 21st August 2022. Even after order was picked up the status didn't change to "Picked Up". Next day status changed to "Return Pickup refused by customers and return cancelled".
I have raised this to Amazon Customer support team but they didn't take any action so far.

This seems a clear case of fraud by amazon pickup person and Amazon is not taking any accountability for the same.
