Do not by bike from any branch of Amba Bajaj. i went to BTM Amba Bajaj after checking online and finding good reviews about them.
Initial service, booking and registration of bike is good (as it is for their benefit) but the bike delivery is pathetic. I brought Bajaj Avenger 220cc Cruise in March . it had many issue, rust on weld joint and chrome parts, scratches and bird poop marks on tank, fuel gauge was not working, come cover on the tank had spots all over due to rusting etc etc .. also, i asked them for teflon coating, looking at the bike at delivery, it looked like it was not even touched. while delivering the bike was cleaned by dirty and oil cloth make it look 10-year-old.
i cleaned it myself and polished ooh God it looked awesome, but that reviled all the problems that I have mentioned before, I thing cleaning with dirty oily cloth was done intentionally to hide the defects.
went back and ask them to fix it problems that I found out will washing and polishing the bike. they replace the parts and the tank with the demo bike they have (which had more scratches than previous tank) . went back again ... nothing was done. totally unprofessional.
so now I am planning to spend 3-4K more and fixing the issue myself.
go and take look at their warehouse. bikes are kept like scrap, no protecting from rain or sun.
