Aamby city haribabu and giribabu sold the sites to people in bangalore for high price and collected the money for krish exotica resort. Now they have dispute with the land lord and neither the project is complete nor any resort is coming up. The site value has gone significantly low. Also, they collected money for getting khata. Even after 1.5 to 2 years they are not giving khata and blaming govt of karnataka. They are big liars and cheating the customers. Some have to really verify their credentials as they don't come to bangalore often now and whether aamby company is going to be in bangalore or not any more. Beware if you want to do any site buying from them in any project. Can they atleast give khata to people who got registered by paying high price including rs.15000 seperately for khata also.
