I have submitted my ITR through electronic filing and Got ITR receipt ack Number for PAN NO :- AGFPV9487R PALLASANA KRISHNAN VISWANATHAN [protected] Fy 2012-13 and as on date refund has not been done. The reason for this is that during FY 2009-10 I had submitted a return for some income which is very low value for that year and do not have any TDS certificate for that source. As per the ITR is concerned I had paid more tax in time for all financial years and now the current 2012-13 is held up due to the demand raised by officer for payment of 10220 which is not in line with IT of any source and under unemployment during that period. I request the concern office to waive or nullify that amount FY 2009-10 to clear current refund of 15200/. for FY 2012-13. It is appreciable for honest work and pay back the dues.
