I have purchase brand p-1310 black power bank and i am unable to activate warranty service through sms as from user manual. Please register my power bank for warranty service. My details areas below.

Ambrane India Customer Care's response Dear Krithica, we would like to inform you that there is no need to register for warranty because it is consider as per your invoice bill so please keep care product invoice bill because it is mandatory for claim warranty .

I need a replacement. With no reason it stopped working. just a month it worked.

What a poor quality you provide to customers.

I take that power bank in oct 2017 on flipkart thats in warranty period now
