Dear Ambrane India Customer Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with my recently purchased Ambrane 10000mAh Wireless Power Bank, which I ordered through Flipkart with Order ID OD[protected]. I have also attached the invoice for your reference.The power bank was ordered on July 15, 2023, and unfortunately, it has stopped working as of October 10, 2023. I have taken great care of the device and have followed all usage instructions provided in the user manual.The issue I am facing is that the power bank no longer charges my devices wirelessly or through the USB ports. Despite multiple attempts to charge different devices, it does not show any signs of functionality.As the product is still under warranty, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.
