[Resolved]  Ambrane India — warranty claim on my ambrane stylo 10k black power bank

I had purchased this item on 21 December 2023 from Reliance Digital mall, Pune-411004.
After using it for 3 months it suddenly stopped working, when I plug it for charging it does not charge at all and the charging indicator remains off.
I went to the same mall and explained the issue with this product, the staff told me to raise a warranty claim request for this issue as it is within the warranty period.
I sent a mail to Ambrane support on 6th April but after a month there is no response from their support team even after a complete month this shows their neglegence towards their customers.
Kindly help me to get the product replaced as it is under warranty. PFA product and bill photo.
