Amco — ACMO Battery replacement issues

Hi Team,

I bought a two-wheeler AMCO battery on 31st Dec 2019.

Model number: CATZ5LB
Serial number: 1B005Y0222480ZK9

This has a warranty period of 30 months, it means it is in warranty as of today. The battery is down and this has to be replaced with a new battery.

I bought this from KMS motors, Bhavani and wanted someone to help replace the battery in any of the branches in Erode.

I contacted AMCO customer care and registered a request. As per the request I made Mr.Tamilmani/Tamilarasan from +91-[protected] has contacted me.

He asked me to visit MSK Batteries in Erode to replace the battery but the shopkeeper did not help and he routed me to contact National auto works(An authorised dealer for Erode).

Upon visiting both shops nothing happened and when I contacted Mr.Tamilmani/Tamilarasan again, he said he will connect me again, yet no response.

Again, I contacted tollfree customer care, no help received. Also booked a complaint to "[protected]@amco.co.in" but not even acknowledged.
