Amey Siddhi Grafix — Paid money to the company for online service providing but not get the money on portal

I have paid 3999 to this Beyounick Spire Technology Private Limited company for Distributor ID. They have told me that this amount will come to the portal which can be used for mobile / DTH recharge, Bill Payments etc. They provided me ID but the amount was not added to the portal. When I called they told me ih is held up for Aadhar verification. I send them aadhar & PAN Card copy for verification again. after some days when i called they told Aadhar & PAN verification is done and soon the amount will be transfered to the Portal. But till today it is not transfered and now the portal is also not available.
