It was just two days ago when I visited Amigos Bakery in ECIL. I ordered two 200ml Mountain dews. That is when the owner asked me 12 rs instead of 10rs per bottle. I told him that it is wrong and he should not take that money nor will I give him. But he started pleading, saying, " Sir, its only for Summer. As the electricity bills are high. I am taking extra amount"
That was the lamest answer any owner could give.
Well its not only this place, even in IRCTC. The vendors take extra money on water bottles and food items. When asked why do you take, they say we bring the food to you, hence we take. Well, when I researched on it. The extra money should not be taken. It can lead to suspension from job too.
I hereby request the officials to take necessary actions on it.
