My pan no is AUTPK0067C. Same pan no is issued to another person who is resident of 189, Block F, Mittal Colony, Pul Prahalad Pur Gali no. 18, Badarpur, Delhi - 110044. We both have the same name is ATUL KUMAR and the same father's name i.e Shri Om Prakash. The above issue was brought to light by letter dated 29.10.2020 (TIN/OPS/NW/2020-21/1225) reply of which along with all necessary documents were sent to NSDL at the mentioned address.
