I have purchase Dell monitor dated 27th feb 2014.for which i have Invoice Has been send my tracking number is SR#[protected] my monitor needs urgent repair as its going blank after i see logo of dell. screen turns blue.for which i have also send a photos regarding this.one of the tech had visited me after which he had taken photos of my screen.this is i am getting an email please refer below.

can please anyone show me the damage on my screen can one give a EAR to the complain.one MR.sujit had promise me that he will send me one of the tech, , again but still after 20 days no one has visited me nor have Mr. Sujit contacted me.is this what DELL Company Does with customers.I am Doing this to let know all innocent customers how this Dell Company takes Us for a ride.i am also attaching photo in this
