Hi team,
I took admission in july 2019, in the master's program (Mba). At that time your admission counselor ms. Pallavi mishra ([protected]@univo. Amityonline.com), informed me that in this course everything will be online like submission of assignments, exams, etc. I just need a laptop and internet access to complete it and i decided to take this course and admission as i am working professional and traveling most of the time for meetings but i can spare 2-3 hrs from anywhere to give exams.
But now when i checked the portal to book the exams slots, its showing center based only., i am sorry but i was informed wrongly by your counselor because he wants to fulfill his sales quota only and he intercommunicated me and when i tried to contact him on whatsapp, he blocked my number. Pfa the screenshot of our whatsapp conversation as well. I request you to cancel my admission and refund my fees as its a fraud and miscommunication by your counselor which is not acceptable. If you are conducting exams online i am happy to give that but if not please cancel and refund my fees.
And i want someone from the higher authority to call me else i will put it on social media how amity counselor lies and fraud students and ask the students to take admissions and when the students tried to contact them to clear the air which they informed they block them.
I want you to take action asap as i will not be booking the slots for exams as i am based out of nigeria and can't come to india for exams.
