Amount Debited But Recharge Amount Not Credited — take action to refund my money as soon as possible

I have recharged my mobile number with 569.00 on 08 sep 2020 and amount has been debited immediately from my bank account. The same has not credited in my mobile number. Further it is to informed you that amount also not refunded by the mobikwik till date. Transaction id under which amount has been debited is upi/dr/[protected]/mobikwik/hdfc/mobikwikad/na. It is request take action to refund my above amount as soon as possible
