I had made a booking to change my battery through apple's official booking portal at ample technologies, alwarpet Chennai. On reaching the service centre I was told that the replacement couldn't be done today and i will have to come back tomorrow. When I explained I had an appointment, the staff at ample technologies were more interested in giving me a grammar lesson on the meaning of appointment and were lying about the battery stock.
