Subject: Stopped paying returns and threatening also.
I, Ambarish Trivedi & Harish Chandra Ram had bought 300sq feet shop in AMR’s “Kessesl-i-Valley” Project under I-Mall in June’2012.
At the time of agreement, it was agreed that builder will pay assured return of 12% on amount paid till possession and after possession they will leased out the shop for 9 years and provide 11% return. Based on this condition we made builder-buyer agreement.
Now builder has stopped giving assured return from July-2014 onward even possession is not given.
We had several time discussion with AMR but they are refusing to pay further, we also ask them to return our paid amount if agreement not followed further then builder treating us that they will not agree to listen our matter either way.
So I request you to look into this case and provide justice.
