[Resolved] Amrapali Group — delay in project / possession

I lakshman prasad booked one bhk flat in amrapali dream valley project. My flat number a-5/1105. I already paid 95% payment to the builder. But till date i have not got my flat. Amrapali builder not attending any phone calls neither giving any reply of email. All the phone calls not responded. I have taken loan for this flat and i am paying house rent also.

I had booked a flat in Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojna in Dec 2015 with unit no. C1-2907. I had paid the booking amount as well. Since then not heard from them.

Hello

If a builder is not providing you possession or interest during delayed possession. You should wait for long, and you should file a complaint before RERA or NCLT.
