Amrit Medical And General Stores — amount deduction

When the machine was given to us we were told that if the sale amount exceeds rs.2, 000/- then a certain percentage will be deduted from the sale amount.

We made a sale of rs.750/- & rs.1, 229.00. To two seperate transactions. An amount of rs. 19.00 has been deducted on 30.04.2019.

Please justify the deduction.

Called several times on[protected]. But was engaged for more than an hour. That is why i am writing this mail to you.

Please clarify the matter as soon as possible.
