[Resolved] Amtrust Mobile Solution And Fedex Courier — Regarding mobile lost | |||
My complaint is regarding the mobile phone lost. My mobile was fallen and met with an accident and broken. I approached the above specified insurance company Amtrust regarding the mobile. They repaired the mobile and handed to the FedEx Courier Company who lost my mobile. When I called them they said that your handset has been lost. Now as it is lost the FedEx Courier should compensate for my mobile which cost is about Rs. 8400. I already submitted all my mobile phone bill, insurance card and mobile phone to the insurance company on April- May 2016. I chased to the FedEx they say that the Insurance company should sent them the detail. I again chased the Amtrust. They are again taking time and giving delayed reasons. i was get mycell fhone damage is an accident .first 2 days i was tried to login a complain in customer care but
no responce from amtrust castomer care and third day they taken our complain.after 15 days they piched up our fhone for repairing.but today i had completed near 1 month but not getting any responce from customer care that when i will get my fhone.
