My name is mohan sharma. I purchased a vivo smart phone from retail shop on emis in the month of december 2016 and i have purchased a insurance product on my mobile phone for one year on damage. On 24th may, 2017 an accident happen and my mobile's screen has damaged. I have tried to communicate lots of time with the insurance companies’ customer care e-mail address and also called on hotline no. [protected] but i did not get any response from company.
After few days i applied for claim as per companies terms and condition. But company reject my request. And they told me lie that you applied for claim after time boundary. But i processed all steps with in time period.
